Quick Fixes
My best score has gone
Scores are stored in the browser on that phone. Clearing browsing data, a private window, a different browser or a new phone all start from zero. Nothing is lost on our side because nothing is stored on our side.
Swiping across tiles does not work
Start the swipe on a tile, not on the gap between tiles, and move through the middle of each tile. If your browser zooms instead, tap tiles one by one: tapping and swiping are both supported.
A link did not clear
Check the sum bubble. A link only clears at exactly 9 and only through tiles that touch, including corners. If the total went past 9, the link was dropped.
The page looks broken or old
Reload once while online. If you use the home-screen app, close it fully and open it again. Updating your browser fixes most display problems.
Someone asked me to pay for 9K Club
That was not us. This site is free and never asks for money, an OTP or a password. Please send us the link so we can note it.

To help us answer in one reply, include:
- Your phone model and browser (for example, Android with Chrome, or iPhone with Safari).
- Whether you play in the browser or from the home-screen icon.
- What you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
What Not to Send
Never send a password, an OTP, bank or card details, or a UPI PIN, to us or to anyone using our name. The arcade has no accounts and no payments, so we never need any of them.
Reporting a Copy
If you find a site, app file or social account that uses the 9K Club name to ask for money or personal details, send us the address. It helps us warn other players. For the rules of the game itself, see the how-to-play guide.
Ready for a run?
